The importance of line planting in paddy fields is immense. Rice seedlings should be planted in rows to reduce the rate of insect infestation. At intervals of eight to ten lines, one line should be left blank, which is called a logo. As a result of logo method, the rice seedlings get adequate light and air, which reduces the incidence of insects and the plant grows well. Parching is the process of feeding insects by placing birds on the death or live parching materials. above mentioned three methods are very important in paddy land for reducing insect mechanically.
