Fertilizer is a very important ingredient for crop production. The government provides subsidy to make fertilizer easily available at the farmer level. At present the prices of different types of fertilizers fixed by the government are as follows: Urea 16 Taka / kg, TSP 22 Taka / kg, MOP 15 Taka / kg, DAP 16 Taka / kg.
